[摘要] 本研究以安徽医科大学临床医学院为例，对现阶段医学独立学院本科专业改革的工作开展的优劣势、机会与威胁进行分析，并根据工作经验及教育原理对独立医学院专业改革工作提出“把握时局，加大改革力度、保障实施成效”和“创造机遇，克服自身弱点，化解外部威胁，促进改革成效，形成专业改革新体系”两点启示。
